Seeking a bilingual Market Manager to lead a beverage sampling program in Phoenix. The 110 day sampling blitz will launch on Feb 2nd and continue through April 9th.Responsibilities: involvement in hiring/training a sampler supervisor and sampling team of 10 – 15 individuals, managing timesheets and payroll, interfacing with the local bottler, developing sampling routes and calendar, maintaining three sampling vans, managing premiums and storage at local warehouse, beverage product orders, writing detailed sampling reports, etc.Job Qualifications:21+Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT and navigate Internet wellAbility to work various times of the day/weekAbility to lift 20+ lbsPrevious promotional experienceTeam leaderKnowledge of local Hispanic communitiesCompensation: Generous and competitive flat fee.Please send your resume and photograph to Carmen@mercurymambo.com.This is a contract job.
