AMAZING 2200 sq ft 5 bed 3 bath house in lower Arcadia just off 44th and Thomas. Rent is $320 + 20% utilities except water (covered by landlord). Total should not exceed $400.There is a 1-car carport/4-car driveway. The house is less than 5 minutes away from the 202, and a close drive to ASU Tempe/Downtown campuses, Scottsdale Comm College, and several other locations in Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix. It's also a short walk from a couple of bus stops. NO PETS, no smoking (inside), no drugs, and no water beds are allowed. The current roommates are between the ages of 18-20.
