hello we hope to speak to you soon. over all, the room is in excellent shape since no one has used it. the house is located in a new community with family homes. even tho, it is a new community it is very close to the the city, hospitals, stores, and the park. there is a lake next to the community, also there is also an spacious new library next to the lake. there is alot of parking space thorugh out the house you will have a (private room + walk in closet + backyard). your room will have your own kitchen, not to mention that the kitchen will has new appliances for you.
