I'm a young professional and just bought my first house. I figured I could help someone out and help myself by renting out the extra room. The house is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath (you would have a private bathroom), 1600 sqft house, big back yard with a large lawn, above ground spa, garage parking, digital cable, high speed wireless internet, great safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is located in Chandler near Ray and Dobson. I'm pretty easy-going and like to have fun. I don't have any pets but would be okay with a dog outside. I'm considerate and have a bright personality. I'm very active and love being outdoors. My hobbies include soccer, softball, snowboarding and playing music.
