My wife and I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse at Chandler Blvd. & Cooper (next to the 202) we are looking to rent out. We are asking $900 a month and that includes: rent, water, sewer, garbage and all the HOA fees (possible on time payment incentive). Plus if you move in on March 17 you will pay no rent for March (this will give you a couple of weeks free to get settled in) and there are no deposits. The townhouse is all tile with lots of new features (switches, outlets, toilet, tub, sliding glass door, hot water timer, digital thermostat). There is a dinette built into the wall that we are leaving (you can remove if you want), appliances included are a washer and drier (1year old), microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher & stove. The community is very friendly and consists of retires (safe place to live) and young families just starting out.
